One small shift that's helping homeschool moms reconnect with their kids 💖

Hi Reader!

I just had to share something beautiful with you. This week in our Best Year Ever coaching call, we dove deep into a topic that I think will resonate with you – the power of small, daily wins in our homeschool journey.

One mom shared something wonderful with me. Instead of getting caught up in the big picture of "am I doing enough?", she started celebrating the simple act of having her son's whiteboard ready each morning. Such a small thing, but it created such a profound shift in their day.

It got me thinking about all the tiny moments we might be missing – those 1% gains that add up to something remarkable. For instance, I've started asking my teen son, "What's your plan for today?" instead of telling him what to do. That small shift in language has opened up so much space for independence and connection.

Here's what I want you to know: You're probably creating more of these magical moments than you realize.

Some gentle questions to consider:

  • What small win could you celebrate from today?
  • Is there one tiny shift in your routine that might create more space for connection?
  • What if the challenging moments weren't problems to solve, but signals to understand?

In our coaching program, we dive deep into transforming these daily moments into lasting positive change.

My favorite quote from our call? "I'm not mad at you. I just need to process this." Such a powerful way to maintain connection while honoring our own needs as parents.

If you're curious about diving deeper into these strategies and being part of a supportive community that gets it, I'd love to tell you more about our Best Year Ever coaching program. We're exploring these insights (and so much more) together and supporting each other through the beautiful chaos of homeschooling.

Here's to celebrating your daily wins, however small they might seem. You're doing important work!

Your friend,

P.S. Remember, you don't have to figure this all out alone. If you'd like to learn more about joining our coaching community, just reply to this email. I'd love to share how we could support your journey.
