Hi Reader!

As many of us begin a new homeschool year this month, I'd like to try something new with my emails to you.

I know some of you homeschool year old and some don't start until September. That's okay. This will still align with your rhythm.

We are growing at Homeschool Essentials and we have more ways to encourage you and support you. My hope and goal is that I do not add to the noise of your inbox, but that I bring you a fresh word of encouragement or an idea on how to build a skill just when you need it.

I also want to let you know about products we are creating, amazing offers we have and resources that we recommend and have loved and used over the years or about events happening online.

To help keep the emails short and easy to read, here's what I'd like to try this season. I'd like to send out 3 short emails a week:

• Monday Mindset​
  A quick reset to start your week. Just a few sentences, one mindset shift, and something small to carry into your days so you start the week grounded instead of overwhelmed.
• Wednesday Wisdom​
  A letter from me to you, mid-week. Sometimes a story from our own homeschool life, sometimes a practical tip for building executive function or emotional intelligence skills so you feel less alone in the hard moments, with real tools to help your child build the skills for life & learning.
• Friday Favorites​
  What we're loving. Sometimes that's a promo or sale from our shop, sometimes it's a product we recommend from someone else or an event happening, and sometimes it's a heads-up that a new Homeschool Today article just dropped so you get the best of what's out there, hand-picked for your family.

Monday Mindset: Confidence

A new school year doesn't ask you to have it all figured out. It asks you to begin.

Confidence isn't something you feel first and then act on. It's something you build by taking the next step even an imperfect one.
